The cleaning process varies based on the type of stone and its condition, considering factors like maintenance, soiling levels, and traffic. We use certified, proven cleaning products tailored to each stone type. After applying the cleaning solution, the floor is hand-scrubbed and brushed, followed by rinsing with a tool connected to a truck-mounted hot water extraction system for maximum soil removal and optimal results.

Our diamond abrasives remove a thin layer of stone to eliminate etch marks and scratches. Diamond grinding is performed using water to control dust and ensure a clean process. Scratched, scuffed, or etched natural stone can only be restored using industry-grade rotary machines, and the surfacing procedure that follows determines the desired surface sheen.

The stone is mechanically resurfaced using an abrasive and water to achieve a uniformly honed surface sheen. Polished marble, granite, travertine, or limestone can also be mechanically honed to remove any existing surface polish.

This process uses industry-grade machines to produce a high-gloss shine. Light etches, scuffs, and scratches are usually removed during polishing. For deeper etches, scuffs, and scratches, diamond grinding is required.

Sealing is an optional final step provided upon request. Depending on your stone and sealer selection, we apply a heavy-duty, professional-grade sealer to protect and preserve your natural stone.
